Synthesis of oligonucleotides and modified nanoparticles

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
This laboratory has the knowledge and the necessary equipment for synthesizing oligonucleotides and modified nanoparticles according to the user request. The oligonucleotides can be DNA or RNA, such as aptamers, siRNAs, miRNAs, etc., and they may have commercial modifications or be synthesized in the laboratory with a specific function. We can attach to the nanoparticles drugs, stabilizing agents, targets and nucleic acids. We synthesize different kind of nanoparticles, such as gold, magnetic and proteins. If other type of nanoparticles are necessary we can prepare it. The main application of this systems are the biomedical research for detection and gen regulation, drug carriers, or diagnostic imaging (MRI and others).
